Charity is one of the three fundamental principles of Freemasonry. Borough of Greenwich Lodge is committed to enacting this principle and does so in supporting both masonic and non-masonic charities, as well as members undertaking their own personal challenges and raising sponsorship for charity.
Masonic charity operates on both a national and local level, supporting many organisations and individuals inside and outside the Masonic community.
Over the last few years, our Lodge has donated to the following causes:
The Metropolitan Cyberknife appeal
The Metropolitan appeal for the London Air Ambulance
The Metropolitan appeal for the London Fire Brigade
This year we are also supporting our Worshipful Master’s charity, the MS Society.
